How to export receipts for Excel
- Open the Receipts tab or the Statistics tab.
- Select the receipts you want to include.
- Tap the option to Add to Report.
- Create a new report.
- Open the report you just created.
- Export the report as CSV.
- Open the CSV file in Excel.
Best workflow for monthly or filtered exports
If you only need a specific month, quarter, project, or trip:
- Go to the Statistics tab first.
- Set the date range you want.
- Select the filtered receipts.
- Add them to a report.
- Export the report as CSV for Excel.
This is usually the fastest way to prepare an expense report for accounting, reimbursement, or tax review.
What if I cannot find the export option?
Check these first:
- Make sure you have selected at least one receipt.
- Make sure the receipts were added to a report.
- Open the report itself before looking for the CSV export option.
If the export option still does not appear, contact [email protected] and include a screenshot of the screen you are on.
