What is ReceiptGenie?

ReceiptGenie is a smart receipt scanner and organizer app that helps you track expenses and keep your receipts organized. With just one tap, our AI technology scans your receipts and extracts key details like merchant name, subtotal, tax, and line items.

What languages does ReceiptGenie support?

ReceiptGenie works with receipts in many languages including English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, French, German, Spanish, Danish, Norwegian, and Icelandic.

Where is my receipt data stored?

We value your privacy. All your receipt data is stored locally on your device and can be accessed directly in the Files app. Your data stays with you and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to back it up.

How do I categorize my receipts?

ReceiptGenie makes it easy to tag and sort your receipts by category. You can use our preset categories like Business, Groceries, Travel, and Home, or create your own custom tags to match your specific needs.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription: Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Find ReceiptGenie in the list and tap on it, then tap 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Free Trial'.
